Today marks the beginning of the "Just Say Hey" Challenge.

Each day, for the next 7 days, you're going to go out of your way to find opportunities to engage in simple small talk with new women.

Think cashiers at any shop or store, baristas, restaurant staff, women at the gym, park, or even on your commute.

Parties, events and the social outings you've committed to also count.

The Just Say Hey Challenge Works!

The laws of attraction state that "Like attracts like."

It means you will attract more of what you put out into the world.

So, if you never talk to women? Don't be surprised if women never talk to you.

If you talk to lots of women all the time? Don't be surprised if you start to see an increase in women engaging with you and initiating contact.

Start small if the idea of beginning these tiny interactions terrifies you. Just one interaction a day can make a difference.

For those who are naturally social, now's your time to triple down. Push your limits in both the quantity and quality of your daily interactions.
